How can I reserve and collect my tickets? 2017-10-27T17:05:05+00:00

Reserving club tickets online is really easy. Follow these simple steps in order to make your booking:

  • Use our Party Calendar to select the date and the party
  • Select the number of tickets you wish to book
  • Continue shopping or proceed to Check Out
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Pay your deposit
  • You will be re-directed to a confirmation page
  • You’ll receive a confirmation of your payment and next steps to collect your tickets

Collecting your tickets is just as easy:

  • Print out your confirmation email
  • Bring the confirmation along with your ID and card used for payment to one of the tickets outlets listed on our website
  • Pay the balance of your ticket in full by cash or credit card
  • Receive your ticket
  • Time to party!
What if I purchased the wrong tickets? 2017-10-27T16:56:16+00:00

If you have purchased the wrong ticket it is not our responsibility to exchange or refund the ticket. We cannot make any exchanges, upgrades, or additions to an existing order (other than changing the ticket holder name).

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, can I get a refund? 2017-10-27T16:52:44+00:00

In the unlikely case of the event being cancelled by the club or promoter, you will receive a full refund. You will also be notified of the cancelled event via email as soon as we are notified.

If the event is rescheduled you will have the option to receive a refund of the ticket or attend the rescheduled event, or any other option decided by the club itself.

If your event is rescheduled or cancelled, contact us at info@highlightibiza.com. Once we receive authorization of the cancelled or rescheduled event, we can either give you a refund or give you a ticket to the rescheduled event.

What is the age limit for entry to the clubs? 2017-10-27T16:50:09+00:00

You must be 18 years or older to enter any club in Ibiza and you must be 18 years or older to buy alcohol.

Highlight Ibiza sells tickets on behalf of promoters and club venues and does not have final say on the price of the ticket. All ticket prices are inclusive of local taxes

When do Tickets go on sale? 2017-10-27T16:45:24+00:00

Every year the Party Calendar usually goes online by February. Although some club tickets may not be available until May due to events releasing their schedules and prices at different times.

What if I don’t want to purchase presale tickets, can I purchase tickets at the door? 2017-10-27T16:42:11+00:00

Events can be over capacity making you wait in lines or they could even sell out. Entry is not guaranteed into any club without a pre-sale ticket. Also, ticket prices are usually more expensive at the club door; they can be anywhere from 5 to 30 euros difference.

We use Stripe to process all payments, so we will never store any credit card details in our system. Please refer to Stripe’s Terms & Conditions.

You can choose your preferred payment method when purchasing or reserving a ticket through our secure system using any major credit or debit card including American Express, Mastercard or Visa.
